Hotel information, including descriptions, amenities, and photos, is provided by third parties and may not always be accurate or current.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROOMANDNIGHTS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

We are not responsible for:

  • Personal injury or death occurring at hotel properties
  • Acts or omissions of hotel operators or other third parties
  • Cancellations, delays, or changes made by hotels

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific reservation giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoomAndNights.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any law or rights of a third party
  • Any content you submit or transmit through our platform
